I was playing this one awhile back on my Genesis and it's funny how many features aren't there that come in later. It's still really enjoyable though but pretty tough in spots.

This one was pretty fun, but I think Sonic 2 was a straight up improvement. I could be biased, though, because Sonic 2 was my first Sonic game.

This one was pretty fun, but I think Sonic 2 was a straight up improvement. I could be biased, though, because Sonic 2 was my first Sonic game. Sonic 2 was a huge leap. I probably do like it better than the first but fairly none of those early Sonic games are bad. |
